Payment may be made in Polish zloty at the school, by exchanging traveller’s checks at a local bank, or in advance by bank transfer.  Payment need not be made before you begin classes.  There is a 150 deposit, which is applied to tuition, deducted from the total due.  Credit card and bank transfer payments are also accepted via the Pay Pal system, for a 3% surcharge.  These payments must be received in advance, at least one week prior to arrival.   Free airport pickup is available for those studying longer than one month (minimum 50 booked lessons), for students or teachers affiliated with a college or university, and for international organizations.  Discounts are available for those studying for longer periods of time. All discounts are contingent on payment in full being made upon arrival.  Please see our General_Term_and_Conditions for detailed payment information. Please note: all prices listed in Euros and dollars are approximate, and may vary depending upon current exchange rates.

Individual hour rates (private lessons or private groups)

Individual hour rates are for private lessons, whether for one person, couples or friends in pairs, or private groups, such as several friends wishing their own closed group instruction or for high school or university students.  The advantages are that you can focus on Polish language specifics, develop your own time table and choose the number of hours you wish to study and on which days, and no other students would be allowed to join these classes.  For those individuals wishing to join an open group, please see our “Group Courses” below.

Group Courses
Group prices are based on a minimum of 3 people per group.  We reserve the right to cancel groups or institute a surcharge if students cancel or do not show for reserved lessons, or if the number falls below 3 students per group.  In such cases, the student would have the option for a full refund, or significantly reduced prices for private or pair lessons.
